2-WHEEL CAMPING PERMIT

Online booking: 2-wheel camping @ £22.25 per camping unit + TicketSource booking fee
or
Pay on the day (at the gate upon arrival): 2-wheel camping @ £25.00

2-WHEEL CAMPING PERMIT @ £25 - covers camping up to 3 nights Friday-Sunday, plus adult day admission
for rider + pillion passenger Saturday & Sunday. NOTE: Unlike cars/4x4s/trucks, a bicycle/motorbike
generally only ever transports two people.

Not surprisingly we have been asked why the 2-wheel camping permit works out cheaper than the 4-wheel
camping permit? Simple! Two-wheeled transport only takes up half the space in the campsite than that
required by the owners of four wheels. It really is as simple as that! The tents of bikers/cyclists are smaller
plus the bikes themselves are smaller, so it is only fair they pay a smaller fee.

 GENERAL CAMPING INFO

Boasting twice as many campers as the inaugural show in 2012, it was clear the 2013 campsite at Stratford
Racecourse would have to be revamped again for 2014 - this we have done. Basically, the trade and
camping areas have been swapped over for AO`14. Once again featuring grass areas throughout, the
campsite will now be located immediately behind the Club Display Stands, thus keeping all the members
from wandering too far from the communal barbeque.

As for the party animals amongst you, the Club Camping Area will again be a hive of activity until the early
hours. Regarding the constant problem of generators, providing that within your allocated area you are
not disturbing your neighbours, then party away!

The campsite will again feature a 'quiet area' for those who prefer a peaceful night.

Dogs under control are more than welcome ... so bring leads and pooper scoopers!

CONVENIENCE STORE

You know what it’s like, you’ve run out of milk, bread, etc., and need to nip down to the local shops. Well
now the corner shop has come to you.

Adjacent to the Event Office will be a Convenience Store, a ‘shop on wheels’ if you like, selling all manner
of groceries, basic camping accessories and consumables (i.e. aerosol-size gas canisters for camping
stoves). They even have a fridge full of beer & wine, which is we feel extremely convenient!

No fixed opening times as such, although the intention is to be open throughout the show, both during
the day and well into the evening.
